Outstanding food at a great price. Best pork chop I ever ate. Service was good. Everyone was friendly and all of them wore masks.

Fantastic. Great service. Super food. All staff were appreciative.

Our waiter Gabe was prejudice against Hispanic. The family next to us came in after us and they got there food before us. The manager didn’t come to our table and ask how we was doing. He ask the family next to and just look at us.

Great Father's day celebration! Prim rib was very good, crab crusted chicken breast was yummy as was the shrimp & scallop pasta.

One of the most delicious steak I've ever had! This restaurant is a gem! Service is awesome as well. I want to fly back to Montana just to eat here again. Will be dreaming of that steak...nom nom nom.

Painfully slow. Food prepared wrong. Then another long wait for replacement. Server was great and well give them another chance because things happen and if better we'll make it right on review.

Great menu and pretty decent gumbo for being so far north. Atmosphere is nice and service is normally really good. Prices are not too high for what they serve. All around a good spot for dinner.

Even if the wait staff can't properly pronounce boudin, the food was awesome!!!

Attended a Pepperbridge Winery dinner in March and it has restored my belief in the Rib and Chop house. As good as the steak was the Eggplant fries stole the show for me. Always happy to see a Chef inspired to make a side or vegetable that really shines instead of relying on your protein to do all the heavy lifting. Service was excellent, it was a large group of people and all our food came out hot and at the same time. Well done Rib and Chop!

Food is good to better, but always understaffed. High turnover, and just not as good as it was say 3 years ago

Our waiter at the bar, Elder, took such good care of us! Made sure my husband's steak was cooked to the point of perfect deliciousness and apologized for the slight wait - with creme brulee. The wait staff was gracious and professional and seemed to understand the customer's needs and wishes were pretty important to accommodate! We understand why this is a FAVORITE restaurant in the area, and we will definitely return the next time were are in Livingston. Thanks for a great job!

I’ve eaten at Rib and Chop in Billings and Livingston many times, always above average service. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. The food is above average to average depends on what you get. Ribs and burgers are good. I went for lunch and got clam chowder and BLT ( pictured). Soup was excellent and the sandwich was average, maybe a little more bacon then others and the fries.... well they’re fries, nothing special. You can count on always having a good dining experience!

First time eating here and we came with no reservations but they still accommodated us. Sally was our server who was full of energy and was very friendly and gave us 5 star service. I had the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was great but the mashed potatoes where out of this world. My wife had the jumbo shrimp and they were huge. It was so good we came again the very next day...and the chicken sausage gumbo was fantastic! Highly recommend.

We ate here on Independence Day. Absolutely delicious! The shrimp is “ to die for” bison was delicious too. I’ll be back!

The food, music, and staff were awesome!I honestly think this is the best restaurant that I have ever eaten at. If you like meat, don't even look at the menu; order the prime rib! Also indulge in a huckleberry Moscow Mule, incredible drink!Ultimate bonus is that you get crayons and paper at the table to draw! ;)

My husband and I stopped here while on our honeymoon road trip and it was AMAZING! Fantastic service and the food was bomb! My husband said they had the best ribs he’s ever had. Can’t wait to go back!!

My wife and I visited for our anniversary dinner while we were traveling from Georgia. She had the filet and I had the ribs. The ribs reminded me of ribs that I had as a teen from a restaurant in Georgia. Needless to say the ribs were excellent! The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful also. I would recommend anyone who is passing through Livingston or is stay near by to stop in for a bite.

I love this place! I came twice with two different groups of friends. The restaurant and bar are always busy but clean. I had the baseball cut sirloin. Delicious! I finally tried the carrot souffle which I highly recommend. I had a dark chocolate creme brulee for dessert. Their drink menu features local beers and new cocktails. Please try the Rib & Chop House if you are in the area!

The service was fine, as was the food for the most part. Nothing exceptional, and the decor and atmosphere leaves something to be desired.

This was my first time eating here. We arrived about an hour before closing after a long day on the road. Everything about this place we loved. Ordered the pork chop dinner and a margaritas. Incredible! Even though we arrived late and I'm sure the staff was ready to be finished with a busy Friday night we had excellent service. Highly recommend and will visit again if in the area!

Once again a terrible meal. Shrimp Alfredo with a tea spoon of non-Alfredo sauce. No seasoning at all.

Perhaps I hit them on the wrong night, but I called in pickup order at noon for 6:15 PM pickup that evening to make sure I could have dinner ready for a tight schedule that evening. When I showed up at 6:15, I had to wait over 30 minutes for the meal. Admittedly, they were slammed that night but A) I gave them SIX HOURS' notice and B) they barely acknowledged the inconvenience. Food was decent (3 out of 5 stars). Just turn around if you see they're busy. They're incapable of triage or acknowledging their errors.

Frustrating that they did not update their hours or open table. Was CLOSED on a Thursday. Really? Poor customer care.

Had a great Montana steak! The ribeye was tremendous with lots of seasoning, just the way I like it! The ladies in my group both got the filets and said they were wonderful as well. If ever back in the area will definitely plan to stop back in.

Ordered chicken masala waited an hour for it and the chicken was dry there was one tiny speck of mushroom on the whole plate, it was served with some crispy spinach and disgusting gluey mashed potatoes. Our waitress was very nice though and they did not charge us for the chicken. But I went home still hungry.

Considering its a steak house, I'm not a fan of the steaks - I always need to ask for minimal seasoning. The meat itself is pretty okay. They do have some really good cocktails too. The best part is that they do brunch! Bottomless mimosas, good omelets, and great service ay good prices make Rib and Chop my new go-to for brunch.

We waited 1.5 hours for a table. They sat another couple before us even though we were there first. After 1.5 hours we could see empty tables that had been bused and they still did not sit us. I believe they were bias to us because we are from out of town. It is unfortunate people can be so unkind. If I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend this place. Horrible service!

Top notch service from the hostess, bartender and our waiter. I ordered a steak that was cooked perfectly to my liking (medium well). The meat was incredibly tender and the flavor was spot on. I always get the sautéed mushrooms on the side and those of course were delicious! Thanks for a spectacular dinner.. always worth the drive!

Poor service, poor presentation, food ok but not great. Messed up our order and never refilled our waters.. atmosphere like a dentist's office.. hard to believe this place has great reviews.

We are traveling and came upon this restaurant. So glad we did. The service was great and the food was impeccable. We both had their specials and was not disappointed.

Fabulous food. Best steak I've had in a very long time. Stuffed mushrooms were delicious! Cajun pasta was a huge portion (enough for 2) and very reminiscent of New Orleans!

A fantastic place for steaks and chops. We enjoyed our huge meal and the casual atmosphere. The cost is reasonable.

Had a good meal but it felt like they were trying to rush us. Alcoholic drink didnt come until salad and usually you enjoy a little drink before salad and then Main meal came In the middle of salad. All staff was friendly

Friendly hardworking servers, fishbowl margarita, 6oz filet, salad and squash casserole make the perfect Montana meal! You can even get a roadie for the walk back to the Airbnb!! Highly recommended by this carnivore ;)’

Good food in reasonable portions. They could spend more time cleaning the filthy floors though.
